Overview

Lawyer Pham Dinh Hung, the founder of Saigon Asia Law Co., Ltd., brings over 20 years of legal experience, with deep expertise in taxation, finance, labor law, and commercial contracts. He began his legal career in 2001, focusing on corporate consultation, leveraging his extensive knowledge, practical insights, and strategic acumen gained from roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant at multinational corporations.
With a robust professional foundation, Lawyer Hung is recognized as a leading expert in finance and accounting, frequently contributing expert opinions highly regarded by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Planning and Investment. He has successfully advised numerous foreign companies and corporations in areas such as taxation, finance, labor, and commercial contracts, significantly supporting foreign investors in operating effectively in Vietnam.
In 2007, he was invited to Singapore to present on Vietnamese labor law to a community of Singaporean investors exploring business opportunities in Vietnam.
Additionally, Lawyer Hung is a familiar speaker at various legal seminars organized by Can Tho University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, and is the author of numerous in-depth analytical articles published in the Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper, International Law Journal, and other academic forums.
He is currently a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, a member of the APEC Entrepreneurs Network, a member of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City State Legal Aid Center.
